Once we have your “print ready” art and you picked out the style and color of garment you want we will put together mock-up of your product and email it to you with the quote (look out for an email from Cosmic Bobbins). Be sure to look over the mock-up to make sure all ink colors, placements, and text are correct. It is in the customer’s interest to catch any misspelled names.
If it looks good just approve the quote by clicking and singeing the approve button at the top left side of the quote.

Once approved and we have received your garment choices/breakdowns, final artwork, and payment, our standard turn around time will begin (approx. 7 to 10 business days).
After we receive approval we will email an invoice through Square. At that point, you can pay through email or you can stop in the shop at 13226 Shaker Square, Cleveland, OH 44120. we’re in between Fire Resturant and Yours Truly. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
