Questions people ask
What's the minimum order?
24 shirts. You can mix sizes and shirt colors to get there. One thing to know: if an order has dark shirts with light ink and light shirts with dark ink, we have to change inks between them, and that adds a $15 charge.
How much do custom T-shirts cost?
It depends on how many shirts you order and how many ink colors are in your design. More shirts and fewer colors both bring the price per shirt down. Each shirt above shows a "starting from" price, and a quote gets you the exact number.
What kind of art file should I send?
Send what you have: PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS or SVG. Vector files (PDF, EPS, SVG) print sharpest. We review every file and send a proof before production. If your art needs to be cleaned up or redrawn, we'll tell you first. Art cleanup starts at $45, depending on how much work it needs.
Can I bring my own shirts?
No. We order all the shirts we print, so pick one from our catalog or ask us for a suggestion.
How long does it take?
About two weeks after payment. If you have a date in mind, ask before you order and we'll confirm whether we can hit it.
Do you ship?
Yes. Most of our customers are in the Cleveland area and pick up at the shop by appointment, but we can ship your order too.
