Questions people ask
Can I order just one or two pieces?
No. Embroidery orders start at 24 pieces per design. We embroider for businesses, teams and organizations, so small personal orders aren't a fit for us.
What do you embroider?
Hats and beanies, polos, jackets, quarter-zips, button-down work shirts and bags. T-shirts and hoodies are screen printed instead. See our embroidered hats.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-time $45 digitizing fee per logo. That's the work of turning your logo into a stitch file the machine can follow. If you reorder the same logo later, you don't pay it again.
Where can the logo go?
On shirts and jackets, the left or right chest. On hats there are five spots: the front, either side, the back, and above the strap.
Do you do 3D puff embroidery?
Yes, on hats. The stitching goes over a layer of foam so the logo stands up off the cap. It works best with bold shapes and thick lettering on a structured cap, and adds $3 to $5 per hat depending on how many you order.
What kind of logo file should I send?
Send what you have: PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS, AI or SVG. A clean, high-resolution file makes the cleanest stitching. We'll tell you if anything in the design is too small or thin to stitch well.
Can I bring my own garments?
No. We order all the garments we embroider, so pick one from our catalog or ask us for a suggestion.
How long does it take?
About two weeks after payment. Have a deadline? Ask before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
