Standard plastisol printing

This is the ink we reach for on most jobs. It lays down solid, bright color, keeps small text and thin lines sharp, and holds up in the wash. It's what goes on our T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, team uniforms and hi-vis work shirts.

Specialty inks

Bring us a Pantone number and we'll mix the ink to match it, so your logo comes out in your color and not the closest one on the shelf. We also print shimmer ink when you want a little sparkle.

Drop your design into the online designer. It shows your price once you're at 24 pieces. Rather hand it off? Send the file with a quote request and we'll place it for you.

Step 3: review and production

Review & production

We check the art, settle the ink colors and where the print sits, and send you a proof. Nothing goes on press until you've said yes.

Questions people ask

What's the minimum order?

24 pieces per design. Mix sizes and garment colors however you need to get there. One cost to know about: if some garments are dark with light ink and others are light with dark ink, we clean the screens and switch inks between them. Each switch is $15, and we'll point it out on your quote.

How much does screen printing cost?

Two things set the price: how many pieces you order and how many ink colors are in your design. More pieces or fewer colors bring the cost of each shirt down. A second print on the back adds to the price, and so does the white layer we put under the ink on dark shirts. Your quote spells it all out. In the online designer, the price shows up once you reach 24 pieces.

What can you print on?

T-shirts, long sleeves, tanks, hoodies, crewnecks, performance shirts, hi-vis shirts and safety vests, and cotton tote bags. Start with T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts or workwear. Jackets and quarter-zips get embroidered instead.

What kind of art file should I send?

PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS, AI or SVG all work. Vector files (PDF, EPS, AI, SVG) give the cleanest edges. For a PNG or JPG, send the biggest version you have. We look at every file before printing and send you a proof. If the art needs cleanup or redrawing, we tell you first. That work starts at $45, depending on how much the file needs.

Can you match my brand color?

Yes. Give us the Pantone number and we'll mix ink to match. Mention it in your quote request so we can plan for it.

Can I bring my own shirts?

No, we only print on garments we order ourselves. Pick one from the catalog, or tell us what the shirts are for and we'll suggest a few.

How long does it take?

About two weeks once payment comes in. If you need them by a certain day, ask before you order. We'll check the schedule and give you a straight answer.

Do you ship?

Yes. Most of our customers are local and pick up at the shop in St. Clair-Superior by appointment, but we can ship your order too.
